My program is different from anything else out there because I focus on you building a strong mind & body.

No starving here. You'll pick up healthy eating habits while eating foods you love.

Others focus on quick fixes by removing carbs, meats, sugar and pushing torturous workouts.

But I focus on coaching you through the frustrations, struggles and negative mindset that brought you here.

You start with my 6 Healthy Habits while creating a Healthy Mindset.

I've designed this program to work on changing 6 different habits that are easy to follow along with daily affirmation reminders to keep you consistent, on track and being grateful for every day in your beautiful body.

A simple change like drinking enough water and believing in yourself daily is small but massively effective. 

We focus on small changes instead of a quick fixes because we know weight loss takes time. We build the habit into your daily life so it's easy to maintain. Just like you brush your teeth daily, you'll build a habit of making healthy choices and loving your body every morning too!!!

The second thing you need are quick workouts to burn fat and build muscle.

We'll focus on quick 20-30 minute workouts you can do at home. Together we build a routine that helps you get to your goal without spending hours working out. These quick fat burning workouts along with fun rest days will fit easily into any lifestyle. No jumping on boxes. We're looking for more fun movements! 🙂

Finally, you need PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.

We'll be in touch daily and I am here for support, but it's your responsibility to show up and do the work. I am passionate about helping you reach your goals, but you have to show up every single day. The things that mean the most to us are the things we tend to show up for and I know your health is very important because you're here.

It doesn’t matter if you've tried a million times in the past, you'll be successful this time because it's slow, simple and small. Which is what makes me different than anyone else out there, but this is all about you.

All the lessons, tools and methods you need to have success over the next 12 weeks including a fully detailed meal plan with exactly how much to eat at each meal without counting carbs, macros or having to weigh out your food. No need to worry about eating foods you don’t like as I’ll not be telling you to eat broccoli when you don’t like it.

2. Daily Check ins to keep you on track.

Learn more than you could ever imagine on shifting your mindset, creating healthier habits with food and discovering the BAD@$$ inside of you! You'll get me at your fingers every day for support. I'll be with you every step of the way and watch your progress. It's up to you to do the daily work and ask questions. If there's a struggle, we'll find it and get through it. No more starting over.

3. Coaching at your fingertips.

We'll track daily and weekly progress as you move through the next 12 weeks. The app allows you to log in your daily tasks for my review, upload progress photos and measurements each month as well as selecting your scheduled workouts each week and day.

You’ll have full access to message me at any time with any questions you have. Your exercise plan will have videos and descriptions on how to do the exercises properly using great form. No need to spend hours in the gym as these are workouts you can do in the comfort of your own home in 20-30 minutes or less.

4. Direct Access to ME.

Should you need any assistance or individualized coaching at any time outside of our check ins, you’ll have the ability to schedule a 1:1 Individual Check-In call with me so that we can jump on a call and work through any struggles you may be facing. Again, no one gets there alone and I am here to serve you these next 12 weeks! I don’t take just anyone into my 12 week Healthy Habit Program.

I only take a few each month so that I can provide you with my undivided attention and time to get you the results you desire to see and allow you full and direct access to me during our 12 weeks together!

I only take those who:

  • are ready, willing and able to do the work to have lasting results
  • feel like they’ve tried everything to get results with no luck of sticking to it
  • are coachable and resourceful
  • are ready to invest in their overall health

  • want a quick fix

  • want to reinvent the wheel and try to go at it on their own
